1. Information we collect
We collect your email address, name (optional), and payment information (processed securely by Flutterwave — we never store card details). We also collect your device type for compatibility checking and basic analytics via Microsoft Clarity.
2. How we use your information
Your email is used to deliver your eSIM QR code, send order confirmations, and provide support. We do not send marketing emails without your consent. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We share data only with service providers required to operate Weettah (Flutterwave for payments, Resend for email, Supabase for storage, eSIM Access for plan delivery).
3. Data storage
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the EU. We retain order data for 7 years for accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (session management) and affiliate tracking. We use Microsoft Clarity for anonymous usage analytics. No advertising cookies are used.
5. Third-party services
Flutterwave (payments), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Microsoft Clarity (analytics), eSIM Access (eSIM provisioning). Each has their own privacy policy.
