1. Service

Weettah provides travel eSIM data plans for 180++ countries. Plans are delivered digitally via QR code to your email address within 60 seconds of payment confirmation.

2. Eligibility

You must have an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device to use our service. Use our compatibility checker at weettah.app/compatible before purchasing.

3. Refund Policy

Full refund: eSIM not delivered within 2 hours, or QR code technically invalid. Partial refund (50%): Plan not working after support intervention, or wrong plan purchased within 1 hour before activation. No refund: eSIM delivered and activated, device incompatibility, carrier lock, or data already used.

4. eSIM Delivery

Your QR code is delivered to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address. Weettah is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses or spam filters.

5. Data Plans

All plans are data-only unless otherwise stated. Voice and SMS are not included. Plan validity begins from first network connection, not from purchase date. Unused data does not roll over.

6. Corporate Accounts

Corporate wallet funds are non-refundable once deposited. Plans purchased from the corporate wallet follow the same refund policy as individual purchases.

7. Affiliate Program

Affiliate commissions are earned on completed, non-refunded purchases. Commissions are paid monthly via agreed payment method. Weettah reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts for fraudulent activity.

8. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to deliver your eSIM — email address, payment details (processed by Flutterwave), and device information. We do not sell your data to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Weettah is not responsible for network quality, coverage gaps, or service interruptions by local carriers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your plan.
